International tariffs in the system can have 2 structures;
You can set the tariff type to;
Consignment Weight: Consignment Weight Tariffs are the traditional tariff type in Navigator where the calculation is based on the total weight/volume of all the pieces
Piece Weight: Piece Weight Tariffs are calculated by looking at the weight or volume of each piece in the consignment separately then totalling the cost.
Tariffs can be manually entered or Uploading Tariffs
You should first enter the name of your tariff at the top of the page
Should you have a basic tariff set up such as first 1kg and additional 1kg or first 1kg and additional 0.5kg, for instance, this would be configured in the following way;
Weight minimum would always start as 0
The next bracket should start where the previous bracket stopped
So the example tariff configured above would show as below
£10 for the first 1kg and £2 per 0.5kg thereafter.
On top of the tariff structure above you can add a piece based supplement, and a piece discount this can be used in line with or instead of the weight-based pricing. For instance, the below will charge £10 for the 1st piece and £7 per piece thereafter.
