Contacts can be created on each account, the contacts tab can be found within the account and it has multiple functions, they are used to send live job updates, POD reports, also log in details for your website portal.
You can enter the name, telephone number, email address etc.
The email will by default become the username to the website portal but can be overwritted.
If you wish to send the customer a link to set their password for the portal you can tick the password tick box (Due to GDPR you are no longer able to set or view the password for your customer)
If the customer always has the same PO for their work you can set a default PO.
