Agent Event Codes
You can now map the event codes sent in from integrated carriers such as DHL and UPS, along with Navigator wholesale agents such as Navex.
Within the Control Panel > Agents > Select the relevant agent and click the event codes tab.
You will then see all the events this agent has previously sent to your system under the heading "Agent Description" the column "Status Description" is the status that this will apply in your system.
To map an agent status to an alternative status in your system, simply click the relevant row and select the status in your system you would then like this mapped to.
The next time this status is then received by the agent it will apply with your relevant mapping.
