Refresh / Clear Cache

Following an update to your system or any system changes, you may need to refresh certain pages in order to update the scripts running in the background.
Without this you will see pages acting unusually.

  • Home Page
  • View Control
  • Job Search
  • Sameday Job
  • Overnight Job
  • International Job
  • International Import
  • International AdHoc
  • Any screens you are seeing an on screen error
A refresh should be done on all the above pages.
Below will show you how this should be done for each browser

Firefox

If you go into Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Data > Tick Cached Web Content and hit clear.  Then refresh your page.

Chrome

Unfortunately Chrome caches pages and a refresh does not resolve this.
If you go into Settings > Advanced > Under Privacy and Security clear browsing history > In the drop down at the top select “All Time” and just tick Cached Images and Files” and then refresh your page.
